The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns across our programmes and client base. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career to grow into a senior marketing role within a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels 

• Create content including graphics, posts, short-form video, and campaign materials 

• Analyse and report on campaign performance 

• Support marketing for programmes, events, and initiatives 

• Work directly with SME clients on their marketing (reporting to Communications Director) 

• Coordinate with our Events Manager on content capture 

• Work closely with internal team to create a winning team culture

Key Competencies

• Campaign planning and execution (multi-channel) 

• Content strategy and storytelling (B2B focus) 

• Digital marketing tools (social, email, CRM, analytics) 

• Assisting marketing team with graphic design and video production 

• AI tools for marketing automation and content creation 

• Performance tracking and ROI analysis 

• Basic SEO and paid media understanding
